DJI and the dollar rally causing problems globally

I don't see the DJI breaking above the upper
resistance @ 24,500 . I would expect a retest
of support @ 24,100 - 23,600 range soon .
There are too many geopolitical factors
in play for the bulls to remain in control.
The rally in the dollar is causing havoc in
em markets who service debt in dollars.
The debt is the big problem along with
rising interest rates globally .
