Short-term bottom building for the Dow

My proprietary TrueCastTM price models are flashing signals suggesting the Dow will put in a multi-day low in the 16,846.1 to 16,822.1 price range. The model is projecting the short-term low for this index will be established between Tuesday, July 15th and Wednesday, July 16th with an upward move to follow. My probability analysis algorithm assigns an 8-out-of-10 chance these combined forecast will prove accurate.

Looking further out on the time horizon my model indicates the next short-term (multi-day) trend change will occur between Monday, July 21st and Tuesday, July 22nd.
