Over as in: the downtrend would be.
I wouldn't share disagreements with anyone who said they are buying DISH stock. It will be interesting.
I am not advising any such trading in this post. All I can see is, as a hypothetical, someone buying today at ~ 7$ is risking a fair amount of downside (40 ish percent), but that potential downside seems to be limited to that. This is not financial advice.
All I know is that at around 4.50 per share, a majority of transactions will be long. Secretly or openly.
