CLB: Broadening Bottom, Partial Decline, Throwback

I would wait for this downward trend to finish before buying. The partial decline at the end of October led to it piercing the top trend line of the pattern but then the throwback occurred. If the trend changes and starts back upwards, the movement should be a strong one and you'll want to buy.
