Crude Oil technically oversold?

It's all too negative in Crude Oil, fundamentals and public opinion's only speaking on how low will this market fall.
My experience teaches me that the markets are far not so obvious as they seem to be.
I wouldn't wonder if the traders manage to turn the market soon.
