crude bottom or No ?

we have 2 scenario here

1st scenario : we start from the top 114 with ABC wave to complete wave C
and wave C completed with bottom 24 , therefor we will start new wave target new top

2nd scenario : we start from the top 114 with 5 waves , we are in 4th wave now , target 58 or 68
and after that we will make new & last bottom under 24 , then we will start new wave target new top
