I suppose the exchange rate is building another declining fractal. Its size may be the same as the size of the first fractal shown. In this case, the exchange rate could be around 0.53 usd. I also assume that you can turn from this level. At this level, I'm expecting a reverse split based on technical considerations. I expect its size to be around 1/10.
