CERA --> Double bottom (Stoploss not fixed yet)

I was searching my watchlist when I saw this small little "W" at the bottom. You CAN kind of say neckline is broken. But the stoploss (last retrace) would be way to small - Probably because the pattern is kinda small. But rule is a rule
