$CELR Pushing against resistance at ~222sats in what could be a potential Cup & Handle pattern..

Volume seems low for now but if it manages to flip R-->S there is almost no resistance till 280sats+ (30%)..

Buying now is buying on resistance, play it safe

update on $CELR, Reached ~250sats resistance level and its trying to flip it as I tweet...

Around 40% up since the Buy signal on the UCTS Indicator on the 4h chart
Volume is not that good tho.. so be careful and lock profits if you didnt yet.
