CEI - WATCHING FOR BREAKOUT
I have been in CEI for a while and it's been a steady stock in my long portfolio. There are a few scenarios here
Either:
- we get a bounce off this current trendline and break out from here
- either we see a retracement to 1.70 area and bounce and break from there
- breach 1.70 area and go down to the 1.50 support, followed by 1.30 area
I will have CEI on watch to add to my position depending on the conditions
