CDEV update

The price could go as low as 1.5X but inside the upside flag, if it goes below the red line the price could go lower, we're in an adjustment fase but still bullish, it's also little oversold but the price adjusment will correct this too.
Maybe we can go back to $2.XX by the end of june.
