CCL Carnival Corporation Options Ahead of Earnings

Analyzing the options chain and the chart patterns of CCL Carnival Corporation prior to the earnings report this week,
I would consider purchasing the 16usd strike price Calls with
an expiration date of 2024-7-19,
for a premium of approximately $0.93.
If these options prove to be profitable prior to the earnings release, I would sell at least half of them.

CCL traded at $18.92 after earnings, and the Calls went up from $0.93 (when I wrote this article) to $2.90 at the close on friday (a lot higher intraday), for a fantastic 3.11X gain!
