I'm new here, only a few month, so take this with a pinch of salt. I think we are headed down, no only to fill the gap, but to the 22.ish below. Institutional money will get their BTCs one way or another. Remember that in the Crypto world, there's nothing that prohibits cartelling and manipulating prices.
