BTCUSDT 1DAY TF BTC RSI AND PRICE STUDY

Assalamualaikum and evening fellow trader, i am a new trader, i started 2 months ago , now im trying to study the relationship between RSI and Price ,
but i need help with my studies, can anyone explain to me what happen in the chart i draw, where the RSI and the price have some relation but i cant seem to figure it out,
if anyone can help me with this ill really appreciate it.
