After a strong breakout of previous region, a sudden sell off follows, looks a little too eager.
At first it looks like a successful second test, but after the following re-test, the rise is lack of volume.

But, with a good selling climax & second test in 31000, the background is about to change, we just need to survive through some shaking-out actions.
