Why isn’t the price pumping even though institutions keep on buying BTC & ETH?

1. No price shock – Supply isn’t moving fast enough to create price shock and liquidity squeezes.

2. OTC buys – Institutions buy off-exchange (OTC), or via paper BTC that doesn't remove real supply.

3. Retail missing – Retail drives short-term volatility. Right now? Mostly sidelined.

4. Macro drag – High rates & risk-off sentiment still weigh on the market.
