If I showed you a bicycle and tell you it is a car, would that it make it so? No, because a bicycle is a bicycle and a car is a car no matter what I say or do.
If I share my opinion of a chart, I do some technical analysis and mention some numbers. Later I say that this is legal advice, does it make it so? No, because it isn't. Legal advice is based on the law.
If I tell you my opinion of a chart is nutritional advice, does it make it nutritional advice? Say you read this publication and at the bottom it says, this is medical advice. Would you really believe it? and, would that make me a doctor? I wish it were that easy.
It is like with the SEC, the Cryptocurrencies companies and the law. The SEC says that Cryptos are securities because you can earn money with them and such, but the court says no, just the fact that they pay money in a certain way doesn't make them securities, you need a contract, an agreement and other criterions for a sell to be considered a security. So it doesn't matter what anybody says, a Crypto is not a security according to the law.
It is the same with financial advice. You would need a contract, an agreement and other criterion for a certain set of rules to be considered financial advice, it doesn't matter what I do, opine or say. This is not financial advice.
