30-day Bear flag?

It appears as if we cannot get a close below or above the pennant. 30 days of torment, it seems as though it has to make a decision sooner than later... I still believe we have to go lower. Look at the stoic RSI. When it goes down so do the prices... It may bounce off the bottom of the pennant and burst right through the top?
