After BTC had up trended from $986 to $19,903.44 in 38 weeks, it down trended from $19.903.44 to $9,150.28 in 4 weeks!
BTC broke down $10K to touch a new support level at $9,150.28 and all Altcoins followed it in this down trend.

So, We are in a bear market.
If BTC breaks $15,500, it will up trend to 17,500 and 20,000
If BTC breaks $10,500, it will down trend to $8,200 and 5,800
