as you can see in Point & figure chart 15 mins and 4H if it doesn't pass 40000 it goes down till 20000 this price is the 66% fixation of BTC which the last 66% fixation was the last year and btc goes down from 10000 to 4200 by the way maybe some shadows till 19000 buy between 19000 and 21000 good luck wish u all the best and money
