BTC level by level trading

Today if we talk about only RSI technique then I found that point that this point is not a buying point because RSI touching the line of 80 and this is a selling point for day traders. If we talk about level by level trading technique then 32000-39000 is a new level and if we go down for this level then this level will be ended. Up side, the level is 39000-40000 and if we move above this level then the level will be ended and we search again for a new level.
