i think it's going to moon from 7k4 -> 12k.

I'll buy bitcoin from 7k7->7k4

The market state is:
+ Two weeks red
+ Week 3 is green
+ Week 4 is red
+ Low Volume
+ Altcoin price / 90 days is only +30% from dip
+ Altcoin price / 30 days +5-10% from dip
+ Most of altcoins touched the bottom of the bollinger band

Looks like it hasn't bounce from 7k2 level yet.
I'm going to buy more at 6k8-7k
