Weekly Review: As the midterm election approaches, the Fed's hawks raised interest rates by 75 basis points; the non-agricultural employment data is higher than expected, but still hit a new low next year; the unemployment rate is 3.7%, slightly higher than expected and previous data; the correlation between the U.S. dollar and U.S. bonds has recently weakened, the short-term U.S. dollar may continue to decline, and global stock markets, the U.S. dollar against currencies and risky assets may have a short-term boom.
