i think india good news wasn't big enough for fake breakout from up :)
Although the volume increased, it could not pass the high resistance.
Therefor my last idea is invalid and this idea is valied.
But if it breakout from above, it must be fake and it will go back down.
Base Of BTC is downtrend yet .
