For now the Bitfinex is blocking withdraw cash, and China BTC trade website if blocking withdraw BTC, so people buy BTC from Bitfinex and sale it on China market, and makes price difference bigger.
That's not easy to analyze and trade like this. I decide to watch till this sh*t storm pass.
