Descending triangle pattern or Bullish Divergence? Long or Short

What do you guys think? I have a Descending triangle, yet at the same time some Bullish divergence shown on the RSI. If the descending triangle plays out, my target is around 25-26k. However, Bullish divergence could lead us equally in the opposite direction calling for 36-37k and continue the bull cycle. Let me know some thoughts!
