Why I hesitate to be completely bullish on Bitcoin

This chart says it all for me at this time for why I am not completely buying the bullish sentiment for bitcoin. I do not see a full reset for bitcoin between the ratio of OBV to RSI. If bitcoin is bullish in this scenario and we have seen the bottom then we are likely to see bitcoin touch very high values in the next two years. A full reset of OBV would tell me the bottom is in for sure. Bitcoin may have entered a new paradigm of utility function with higher demand hence the volume not resetting. I am open to the idea it may be. If this is true there will be massive gains seen in the next two years and many more opportunities to enter.
