BTC heading to retest 3400 area or 3k??

BTC has given us some clear signal. bullish divergence on the 3k dip. the same on 2 days ago 3490 dip. But we are at dicisionpoint.
We are forming a triangle from 5k high, and 3k low. a clear breakout any direction is where we heading. The 2h and 4h RSI are going down, 4H chart's forming a head and shoulders. So in my opinion the direction is south. Volume is to low to break out to the upside.

Either we need extreme good news, for example from China to give confidence back to the bulls race.
So far it seems we are going down to at least 3450, the neckline of the H&S.

Thereby the Short long ratio is: 62% short against 38% long
