BTC Going to UP or DOWN next Month ? Wanna to Trade but worried

I am new in analysis But I know BTC for 4 years. I did not trade yet in BTC. Because When I saw it was 23000$ once upon a time the value of 1BTC, But it's now TOo much Down. I know this is for Covid-19 / Corona Virus. But is there any way to again go up as like 23000$ in the future or in the next month? I am not sure but if anyone can guide me about this worry. Thank you in advance.
