Two Simple BTC Buy Signals?

Hey, As a Newb to trading I love the community here and i am learning a lot... What do you think of these two simple Buy Signals and how they relate to the current Crypto environment?

1. Is the RSI under 40 on the 1 year chart.
2. Is the price below the 50 or 100 or 200 day moving averages.

My red RSI Line extension I had crossing in mid March but I'd expect it to be within 1-3 days.

Well we hit the RSI of 40 only hours after my post and triggered a buy at $9500 as all the moving averages lines 50,100 and 200 converged.

That Buy signal coincided with the drawing of the Handle and the subsequent upward move the looks set to continue
