Is it the best time to buy BTC?

Using Bitcoin chart and RSI, I came up with results that I thought I should share with you.
As you can see in the RSI bitcoin , After a divergence at the peak of the bitcoin price, A very strong resistance is formed, Touch it several times, And in the last RSI , A positive divergence for bitcoin is forming. (The green line indicates a positive divergence for Bitcoin)
And the price has reached the bottom of the channel and the long-term support line.
The EMA-20 is approaching the MA-50, Which is a signal to buy.
Support line is from 31000$ to 26000$.
