Bitcoin back to $75,000 from here?

Seems like that guy Michael Saylor, the CEO of Strategy just wasted hundreds of millions of dollars by buying $1.99 billion worth of Bitcoin at an average price of $97,514 per bitcoin, right before the drop down below 80k to probable 75k area.
Rushing to buy at highs like that instead of being smart about it and loading much more at the dips is hard to understand.
