Ma50 death cross?

Shouldnt a Ma50 crossing under another longer Ma mean a death cross? As the global crisis evolve i belive that banks and big corporations may sell their position on bitcoin as a fast way to gather money to sustain their busines. What do you think? Am i somehow mistaken?
