In Elliott Wave, impulse waves follow channels with remarkable accuracy. You can see that all the subwaves of this subwave 5 end when they hit one of the channels walls.
Convergence: 1. Elliott Wave: so far coming out of $7250 has not broken any rules of 12345ABC Elliott Wave. This current sub-subwave 4 is not crossing into sub-subwave 1, so even at this granularity, Elliott Wave is being followed (so far). Sub-subwaves 1 and Sub-subwaves 3 appear to be the same length, which means that sub-subwave 5 will likely be as long or longer than 1 and 3. Where I've drawn the end point of 5 makes 5 the longest. 2. Channels: in Elliott Wave, impulse waves follow a channel with remarkable accuracy. You can see whenever this subwave 5 has hit a channel, it ended the subwaves within it. 3. Historic resistance lines $7550 has been a persistent support/resistance line the entire wave coming out of $7250.
I am betting that the end of Wave C is at the intersection of the green channel with that historic resistance line (of this entire wave structure) at $7550. This allows the entire wave to be valid (since it doesn't end below the start point of $7250), allows the historical support line to be respected and the channel respected: 3 recently relevant lines of convergence!
The purple lines are month long trend lines. The longer these trend lines span out from its origin, the less precise these become, so a bounce off the $7550 point and the green channel line would count as a bounce off the purple trend line.
