BTC : Who's in control here the bears or the bulls ?

We interacted with what was resistance @9800 for x4 days.

We broke thru but did not test 10,000
resistance level instead we have retested what
now has become support @9800 for x3 days.

If we consildate and hold @9800 look for a test
of 10,000 resistance, if we do not hold support
look for a retest of support @8300 level.
