$Bitcoin other insight

The more I look at the charts the more positive I start to become. On the RSI index I see changes in effect on almost all charts in the higher time zones. Bottom hit and trend crosses.

Have we now hit the bottom with BITCOIN? and completed a first wave, as it were?

I live in the Netherlands and in the past 2 weeks we have only had rain and gray weather. I now look outside and see a clear blue sky with the sun in my face. Could this be a sign?
