As BTC declines through smart money sells and buys. remember; it’s to allow short term traders to sell plus the new buyers to buy then sell for a loss. Many traders work this way. For that reason BTC was manipulated. Went from -0.40% to +0.30%; this was to make new traders buy. Then the dip below -0.50%; this was to make the new buyers sell for losses as well as the short term traders to exit. It’s an idea on how things work. Then comes the riseNot
