Capitulation done (or almost done ?)

Long term chart shows that we are in important technical point, 20 k is the former ATH also we are touching a long term support line and RSI is at historical zone that signal market bottoms.
But It is also true that historically btc retraces more or less 85% each bull run that would mean 14 k that is also a support zone.

Think that capitulation will be between current levels(20 k ) and 14 k .
