Flagging!

Not in to flags personally, maybe someone else will call it the correct way??
When some TA's call a bull flag btc goes down but it is projected btc will go up, when they call a bear flag and the projection is down, btc goes up.
Flagging confusing!

Is it even a flag?
Who thinks up or down?
