Decision point 38.9K: Bitcoin needs to hold above 38.9K

IF bitcoin holds above 38914 then rsi 40 claiming back would be confirmed. Goes like green

IF 38.9K fails, not only goes like pink. But also h&s daily would be forming which might point much lower supports.

I’m slightly in favor of holding above. Have plan for nota scenarios
