Bitcoin! Hard drop due to FUD?

I've never seen Bitcoin drop so hard like today! I was not expecting that at all and saw the 0.18 - 0.5 fib level as support marked on the chart. However, with the RSI potential going to pop a hidden bullish div on the 4H time frame, could we have made the low and start moving up to 51k $52+?

I remain to target those prices and depending on the reaction will decide if this is a bear market or bull market to be continued.
