Short to 6400 then up to 7000?

I see a trend forming. Theres the wave three line going across at 6400ish depending on exchange. If the rsi overextends in what appears to be a pennant at the bottom around 6400 it will bounce for a return to 6900 from there we could break through for a close above 8500 on the weekly or retrace for a double bottom around 5900.
