Is this coincident? BTC dumps everyday around a same time!

Notice the vertical lines, they are in the same time of the each day. It has been 5 days in a row that BTC dumps around that exact time! Big red candles are usually on these exact lines or just 1 candle before or after.

Is this coincident? I think not. Any idea on why?

After one day breaking the rule, in the last 2 days BTC has returned to its habit to have a big red candle around the 16:00 UTC mark
