CLear Shift of momentum. Change of behaviour

Whenever THe Daily RSI turn over 83, It was a significant shift of behaviour ( Either BUll to bear or Bear to Bull).

The crowd hopes we will get a double bottom or retest 4000 BTC.

What if i tell you, The crowd is always wrong?

My previous Analysses turns out to be 80% correct.
