#BTC in still water, calm b4 storm or BART awaiting?

BTC showing that price is less bearish on declining volume. The third time volume dropped below 30, price barely moved. I think this has more to do with the bcash stuff during those times.
Green arrow showing cloud bottom staying consistent while BTC heads to next change in the cloud. It could pop up from it but I wouldn't be surprised if it suddenly falls through as it becomes more narrow toward that change (two red arrows). It could be a good time for a BART upward, but if BTC drops below 5360, it could fall further if it doesn't immediately retract back up from that.
