This "spring" is the time the Wyckoff trader watches for new entry. if support is hesitant, the smart Wyckoff trader waits for a bit of accumulation, assuring that the bears are finished, and adds to a winning position when it rallies as a second test, increase volume, lightly pulls back, while the "spring" is in a process, not just starting. There is more risk to buying during a shake out, and as the "spring" begins, as the market may well not be past its final support pushes.
