H&S in right shoulder of bigger H&S

Well people not sure about the bigger H&S but we have have a neck line test and trend line retest at the same point

Does this spell doom and gloom for bulls.

It also seems the counter attack did a good job.
The small rally did not surpass the neutralizing zone.

What can the implications be
A drop to 30 000 if so we could see a bigger H&S forming that can lead to a bigger drop below 30 000
The pattern seem to confirm a wave count also
