Major MoonMath update: Life in the opportunity zone

First update in a long while. Also, did a video update for the first time. Thought it would be easier, but it actually required a lot more prep than usual. Ran out of time at the end, so you have an abrupt cutoff to look forward to. Will try to pay attention to the clock now that I know there's a hard cutoff at the 20 minute mark.
