Bull Signal: Everyone is bearish

When we have giant/decent dips fear comes over this market very quickly. People are already calling for 6k and its been 1 day and if history is right this could be a good time to Dollar Cost Average into a position. If we keep dipping to $9600-$9800 you can slowly build a position for the eventual relief rally. Right now im expecting a bounce above 10,400 before any future dumping occurs as we are already down 10% and this doesn't all have to happen at once. Currently Neutral/Bullish on Bitcoin
