We were promised BTC 30k by EOY!

Only 13.5 hours to go before 2021 and BTC has yet to tap that glorious 30k mark. We will make it?
Lots of resistance at this level and the move to 30k isn't even that big.
CT is talking about 30k on 1st Jan instead which would establish an immediate range high for 2021.
